Customer & Sales Support Representative

Job Description: We are currently seeking a Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist for the UK to join us at our facility in Asturias. Key responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for external customers, distributors, and potential customers.- Receive and process customer orders, including complex and/or export orders, following desk procedures/policies in compliance with QS 9000, ISO, and/or other Quality System requirements.- Process customer complaints and returns according to the Complaint Management process and return policies.- Manage consignment stock, including fill-up, inventory management, invoicing, count, and reconciliation.- Monitor open orders to ensure on-time delivery and perform quality control checks.- Provide backup coverage for (Junior) CSRs or Senior CSRs for standard transactions and perform standard Customer Master Data Maintenance activities. Providing detailed input/reports on sales volumes by account. Key requirements: - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer-oriented position will be strongly considered.- Local language skills, advanced level of English, and other languages would be a plus- Computer skills working with ERPs (SAP) and Office Package- Strong interpersonal skills- Team player LI-AP1 Our Company: Axalta has remained at the forefront of the coatings industry by continually investing in innovative solutions.
