We are looking for an Account Director – Head of Content Studio to join and lead our DACH Content Studio for Nestlé. This role requires both strategic client engagement and strong leadership of a diverse, interdisciplinary team across creative, strategic, and operational functions.

What you will contribute:

  • You will lead the Content Studio for Nestlé in the DACH region, taking full responsibility for client relationships and content development projects, ensuring the delivery of outstanding creative and strategic results.
  • Act as the main point of contact for senior client stakeholders , managing expectations, guiding strategy, and fostering long-term client trust and partnerships.
  • Oversee and lead cross-functional teams across Client Services, Editorial, Creation, Strategy/Planning, and Data Science to deliver integrated digital marketing and content solutions.
  • Ensure seamless project execution , managing scope, budgets, timelines, and quality, while consistently pushing for creative innovation and operational excellence.
  • Stay on top of digital market trends , offering proactive recommendations for new ideas and approaches that keep the client's brands at the forefront of the industry.
  • Drive the studio's operational efficiency and team performance , mentoring and guiding team members while fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.

What you bring:

  • Proven leadership experience in digital marketing and content production, particularly within the context of a large-scale, client-facing environment.
  • A track record of successfully managing senior client relationships and delivering complex, integrated digital marketing projects, ideally with global or multi-market clients.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams , ensuring collaboration and synergy between creative, technical, and strategic departments.
  • Strong strategic thinking in areas such as digital strategy, social media, content marketing , CRM, or SEO/SEA, with a proven ability to guide these topics within client discussions.
  • A hands-on, solution-oriented attitude, balancing creativity with operational precision.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of leading both clients and teams with clarity and confidence.
  • Fluent English (C1–C2) and at least B2 level German; French or Spanish would be an advantage.
