Accounting & Administrative Assistant (Part-time)

Manages company suppliers; including tracking of invoices, payments, etc. in coordination with company Accounting department

  • Controls and orders office supplies
  • Controls and updates technical records inventory of Spanish division
  • Collects and submits expenses, reimbursement requests, and other payroll-related items
  • Manages annual medical check-ups
  • Ensures that the Laboral Calendar /Spain Bank Holidays are correctly uploaded on KPA Company Calendar
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management
  • Managing and processing invoices and expense forms
  • Providing administrative help to the accounting and finance department

Part-time position|6 months + permanent contract

  • Studies in Business Administration, Finance or similar
  • Skills in utilizing Microsoft Office programs: Excel is a must
  • Basic accounting knowledge, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc

Our client is a large-scale industrial and manufacturing with a national footprint.

Their offices are located in the East of Madrid.
