YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the recruitment and selection processes of personnel Manage compensation and benefits plans Conduct employee onboarding processes and help organize training and development initiatives Offer support to employees on various HR-related topics. HR, such as leave and compensation, and resolve any issues that may arise Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace Assist in the development and implementation of Human Resources policies Improve job satisfaction by diligently solving problems, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities Guarantee compliance with labor regulations YOUR PROFILE: Experience of more than 3 years in Human Resources. Knowledge of general HR policies and procedures. Good knowledge of labor and employment legislation Possession of outstanding knowledge of MS Office, SAP will be an advantage. Excellent communication skills and people skills Ability to solve problems Desire to work as a team with a results-oriented approach Degree in Business Administration or a related field Additional training in HR will be valued.
