Customer Payments GraduateEbury León - 4 days in the office Department: Operations - Customer Payments Responsibilities: Reconciliation of client funds and outbound payments received across Ebury’s network of bank accounts, across all back office systems, in accordance with internal processesInvestigation of unallocated and/or non-received funds, and rejection or escalation as requiredFunding client trades, where manual funding is requiredVerification of remitter bank account dataAssign currency accounts to clients as requested, and in accordance with internal guidelinesInstruction and verification of client payments, in accordance with internal processes and in line with internal SLAsCompletion and verification of payment beneficiaries, in accordance with internal processesComplete allocated tasks with focus, and in a timely mannerCommunicate the status of tasks to colleagues and managers, and escalate problems swiftly, as neededAdhere to all internal policies, processes and proceduresManagement of payment issues and queries relating to SWIFT and domestic payments, including processing of SWIFT query messages (MT, MT, MT/6 and MT), in line with internal processes and SLAsInvestigate non-received, short or returned payments, and process or escalate as required, in line with internal processesProcess payment returns and rejections, in line with internal processesCheck and confirm status of payments in third party banking and payment platforms, including SWIFT GPI Requirements University degreeWorking knowledge of desktop based office software such as MS office- Excel, Word, Outlook and other applicationsProactive, with the ability to work within strict time-frames and under pressureDiligent, with good attention to detailEffective research skills with an ability to find solutions independentlyGood communication skills, both written and verbalCo-operative, and comfortable working in a team environmentCurious and eager to learn, and actively asks questions to confirm understanding of processes and proceduresMotivated, with a desire to make Ebury a success #LI-GC2#LI-Onsite
