Job Title: Airline Marketing Campaign Manager

About the Role:

The Airline Marketing Campaign Manager, together with the Airline Customer Marketing lead, ensures that the business line priorities are met by delivering all the campaigns outlined in the marketing plan. This position will be responsible for delivering omnichannel marketing campaigns, by ensuring timelines, budget and KPIs are set and achieved at the end of each campaign. The role will drive and build compelling campaigns to achieve commercial performance and maximize brand impact by working collaboratively with internal teams, as well as external agencies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Creates campaign brief that sets out required timelines, budget and KPIs.
  2. Manages a virtual project team - effectively manage key stakeholders across multiple areas to ensure successful delivery of the campaigns.
  3. Works closely with the Marketing Services, Marketing Strategy and Planning team, Business Lines Product Marketing and Field Marketing teams.
  4. Collaborates with Marketing Services team to ensure that the content for the planned campaigns is delivered according to plans and is in line with the agreed campaign messaging strategy.
  5. Collaborates with external agencies to ensure that the creative output is delivered according to the campaign brief.
  6. Engage with the field marketing team to ensure the campaign is fit for regional deployment/execution.
  7. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on budget.
  8. Accountable to ensure all promotional materials are of high quality, consistency, with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading evident.
  9. Manage brand and identity adherence in campaigns and across all marketing channels, as well as manage any legal approvals required.
