Job Description : Support Medable sites, educate on best practices and capture feedback for Medable stakeholders (Design Teams, Project Management Teams, etc.) Support the creation and administer site specific training Support the Study Design Team by providing the voice of the customer at the Design and User Acceptance Testing phases Engage sites on a regular basis via ? on site? visits or televisits Partner withCustomer Care (Help Desk) to troubleshoot with sites Liaise and partner with Client and/or Contract Research Organizations (CRO) and Clinical Research Associates (CRA) to support sites Review site queries and support where appropriate Promote site adoption and satisfaction Attend Kick Off Meetings (KOM), Investigator Meetings (IM) and/or Site Initiation Visits (SIV) as required Develop and maintain strong site relationships Other duties as assigned

Qualifications : 2+ years of experience in site management and clinical trials Site Coordinator and/or Nursing background Successful track record in site management of clinical trials Proven ability to communicate and present effectively Ability to work efficiently in a site environment to help address queries and solve issues Comfortable in working across teams in a fast-paced environment International experience preferred
