Follow Us on LinkedIn: Job description: As a Sales Representative France, you will be responsible for the Aftermarket business of the French speaking region. This role is focused on developing and increasing aftermarket sales to pro-actively develop the customer data base.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Promote the sales of replacement filters, parts and other catalogue products in France region via phone
  • Achieve sales goals and overall customer contact in the assigned region
  • Maintain relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential accounts (lost customers, or from other business units)
  • Resolve customer issues/problems, make recommendations for potential product enhancements or modifications, to increase sales
  • Make standard quotes for the supported customers
  • Follow up by phone all open quote requests (both pro-active and reactive requests)
  • Keep informed of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity sharing information with other personnel for better strategic placement in the marketplace

This position really exists in selling via phone as per a well-defines sales process and CRM usage.

Requirements :

  • To be a commercial extravert person that is driven by sales
  • Ability to contact customers in pro-active way
  • Interest in learning about our technical products
  • Telephone contact skills are an asset for this job
  • Native French and fluent English (company language)
