Employment Type: Fixed Term ContractContract Duration: TBDAbout the team you are joiningYou will be reporting to the Manager Agency Participation and will, in collaborationwith the BPO, be responsible for supporting the managementof the accreditation process with a strong focus on default and irregularitymanagement for the assigned countries.What your day would be likeEnsure a rapid transmission ofany accreditation related matter to the market through the Agency InformationRelay Services; Ensure operational excellenceby supporting the BPO, conveying one IATA brand experience; in collaboration with the BPO,ensure the delivery of the IATA service promise ( common metrics and KPIs,etc.)Manage closures, IRIS/Banking Updates, Direct Debit Set up, Certificates Dangerous Goods Regulations, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards, IATAN (International Airlines Travel Agent Network), Voluntary More Frequent Remittance, and General Sales Agent codes;Support Agency Managementprocess including making required changes in all associated systems; Manage Risk Management process (Non-compliance, Salesforce Irregularity Default & Reinstatement Administration (SIDRA) & SIDRA Lite) including irregularities, financial assessments, financial security, suspension, defaults, terminations and reinstatements; (Execute timely execution of compliance actions raised by other support teams, such as Remittance and Settlement, Agency Settlement Risk , Invoicing & Collection)Provide support to BPO, agentsand field offices on all accreditation related matters. We would love to hear from you if you have3 years of experience in abusiness support function, preferably in a multicultural/commercialenvironment;Excellent organizational andcustomer service skills;Capability to work effectively ina dynamic, fast-paced and highly demanding environment while meeting tightdeadlines;Ability to set priorities, andwork with speed with a strong customer focus and a high level of drive andenergy;Outstanding IT skills, includingMS office;Excellent communications skillsin English (written and spoken), other languages will be an advantage.Travel Required: N Diversity and Inclusion are one of our key priorities and we want to role model it.
