About the role :
As a SAP FI / CO Team Manager, you will be responsible to lead, coach and develop a team of SAP finance and controlling experts in tight collaboration with other teams within the global SAP CoE.
As support is a key area in the organization, the manager must oversee critical issues and make timely decisions in coordination with IT and business management.
A strong hands on mentality is essential to the role.
What you'll do :
Lead an international team of around 5-7 internal and external high skilled experts based around Europe.
Collaborate in leading functions in IT projects.
Analyzes and troubleshoots technical issues for supported applications within our SAP ecosystem
What we're kindly looking for :
8 + years of relevant work experience.
3 + years of experience directly managing / supervising employees.
Hands-on experience and proven expert knowledge in SAP FICO related modules (e.g. Banking, Treasury, Credit Management) .
Able to converse and write effectively in English. German or Spanish is a plus
