With your expertise, we can achieve great goals together. To strengthen our team in León, we are looking for you as a Quality Control Manager. Your Responsibilities: Coordinate your team to achieve the highest efficiency in the performance of their duties within an appropriate working environment. Responsible for analytical methods, equipment and accuracy of test results for raw material analysis, process and/or finished product monitoring controls to determine conformance to specifications. Assist in maintaining and updating laboratory operating procedures and work instructions as needed. Train other employees in methods and document proficiency. Participate in programs and projects to improve productivity, quality and continuous improvement. Responsible for maintaining a safe, orderly and clean laboratory environment in assigned work areas. Supervise and plan the calibration of analytical equipment and coordinate the maintenance of analytical equipment with other areas. Participate in the qualification and verification of analytical methods. Participate in investigations regarding customer complaints and/or failed test results. Perform tests in accordance with established test methods and inspection plans. Maintain appropriate records: note and report results in a timely manner. General skills: Ability to develop methods based on customer requirements. Knowledge and handling of Ph. Eur. USP/ FCC. Knowledge of modern analytical techniques. In-depth knowledge of the chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries. Knowledge of biotechnological processes Know the relevant standards and guidelines in the field of facility safety and environmental protection Good conflict management. Excellence in solving technical problems. Very good knowledge of English. Special skills: Safety awareness as a priority. Proactive approach. Cost consciousness, striving to find optimal technical solutions. Persuasion, motivation and decision capacity. Creativity, flexibility, resilience. Education: University degree in biology, chemistry, chemical engineering or similar. Experience At least 4 years of experience in similar position.
