Trainer - Business Travel Project - Malaga

We are seeking an experienced Trainer for our Egencia project. This is a role that takes new hires through their initial classroom training and then supports them "on the job". Working alongside the rest of the Training team and the Onboarding Team leader, the Trainer will ensure that all staff are able to offer 1st class customer service at all times. _ - Ideally have a minimum of 1 years documented experience as a Trainer in a travel-related industry (preferred). - Have experience of working within a company with multi-lingual staff. - Be able to share industry and product knowledge to individuals with varying levels of experience. - Demonstrate excellent communication skills - at all levels. - Have previous experience in on the job coaching - to ensure all team members are at the same level of competency. - Show a passion for the travel industry. - Be able to follow a training plan provided by our client but be able to offer ideas for improvement where necessary. - Be a team player with the best interests of the project in mind at all times. - Ideally “expert” level of Amadeus or other GDS. - Have excellent written and spoken English language skills - either as a first or a second language.
