Assistent to Director/ Administrator for Busy Real Estate Company in Marbella We are looking for a self-motivated and confident Assistant to join a well-established real estate company in the Marbella area. You should be located within easy commuting distance of Puerto Banus. Skills and Competencies Required - Proven work experience as a Assistant, Receptionist or similar role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Hands-on experience with office equipment - Professional attitude and smart appearance - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to be resourceful, proactive, and customer focused - Excellent organizational skills - Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks - Fluent in English and Spanish - with additional languages a bonus. - Attention to detail - Strong team worker with a friendly personality and good telephone manner. Tasks and Responsibilities: - Schedule appointments and meetings between real estate agents and clients by setting dates and timeslots that are convenient for both - Liaise with other real estate companies for shared viewings - Provide a professional level of office admin duties - Assist Director in different tasks.
