The role

Reporting to the Kronos Team Lead, the Kronos Solution Consultant, entry level is part of the team responsible for supporting and maintaining Kronos time management systems and/or customer service activities (guidance, consultancy etc.). Working with notable, multinational customers, he/she will ensure that the service provided by Alight is accurate and timely. Responsibilities will be focused on Kronos time management systems and/or customer service.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where exposure to other workforce management tools and platforms will be gained, along with associated learning and development opportunities. Alight supports flexible working patterns, offering the possibility to work remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Get the qualification and certification in WFD (also in WFC).
  • Translating business requirements into technical specifications and design.
  • Building, modifying, and supporting all the configuration of the tool: pay rules, accruals, request manager
  • Troubleshooting errors via pay rule analysis.
  • Managing configuration migrations utilizing PTM.
  • Supporting Kronos device management.
  • Utilize Kronos standard reports.

Requirements :

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Hardworking team player
  • Fluency in English and at least one other European language
