Telephone Sales Agent with Dutch

Do you have a native or fluent level of Dutch or French? Do you have previous experience in customer service?

Tasks

• You will manage the needs of our clients (request managment, refund, negotiation).
• You will understand or identify the reason of the call (request, consult, support).
• You will report the client about the characteristic of our services and by part of the decision process.

Requirements :

• You have a native level of Dutch.
• You have at least 1 year of experience in Telemarketing or Customer Service.
• You have communication skills.
• You have negotiation and creative skills.
• You are interested in new technologies and multimedia.
• You are compromised with the clients.
