Neuraxpharm is looking for a Assistant CTO based in Barcelona, Sant Joan Despi (hybrid role) Your mission: The role covers the execution of the daily admin tasks in the CTO Area, supporting all the teams that reports directly to the CTO Your major accountabilities: Creation of PO’s (SAP) related to Tech Transfer activities, Serialization and/or other needs from the area. Follow up on the PO’s status and revision/validation of related invoices (if needed). Organizing trips and booking flights/hotel for the different teams (CTO and team, Relationship Management, Corp. Supply Chain, Tech Transfer team). Preparing slides as per request from the different teams (CTO, SC, Tech Transfers, Trading Business etc..). Preparation of Reports and Charts as per request (SAP source or excel). Coordination / follow up on the signature of documents / paperwork. Support to Tech Transfer team to follow up specific topics (e.g delivery of samples). Coordinating, contacting the supplier, organizing, and registering it in the systems (if needed). Support to Quality/Serialization teams to manage and follow up topics. Supporting the area in general on any administrative task. We would like you to have: At least 2 years of Experience as Assistant Manager. Experience in the pharmaceutical companies is a plus Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to a variety of challenges. Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time constrained environment Good level of English. Experience with SAP system. Good level of Excel, Power Point, Smartsheet.
