Project Coordinator for AMSS projects will be responsible for execution of projects across region.
Preferred Experience / Skills :Preferred Experience**:
- Valuable experience in project management.
- Nuclear Market Knowledge and experience (Dedication plans, ASME, 10CFR50, NUPIC, Standard Materials, etc ) will be very well valued.
- Valuable certification in Project Management, IPMA, PMI or similar
- Financial knowledge (cash flow, inventory, cost control, billing, etc.)
- Excel at an advanced level. Must be able to take full advantage of computer tools to gain efficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and make thing happens.
- Problem solver and fast learner. Passionate about continues improvement.
- Ability to work under pressure and goal-oriented.
- Enthusiastic and team player spirit.
- Availability to travel, approximately 20% of the time
Responsibilities & Requirements :Responsibilities**:
- Lead and main contact point with our customers for the assigned Spare Parts projects for different markets (Nuclear, Power, Desalination and Oil&Gas).
- Responsible for the contract review, order fulfilment, negotiations, risk assessment, credit collection, disputes, satisfaction surveys and warranty period of each job.
- Quality requirements review and inspections follow up.
- Coordinate with our logistics team the goods picking up.
- Earn the trust of customers and establish strong relationships with them to obtain top satisfaction
- Achieve yearly On Time Delivery, Past Due Backlog and Invoicing targets.
Requirements :
- Master in Industrial Engineering, mechanical specialty.
- High level of English, valuing other languages
