Are you our new Global Portfolio Management Analyst? Locations: Málaga, Spain. Athens, Greece. Vilnius, Lithuania Purpose Global Portfolio Management Analyst is responsible for performance reporting and analysis of the debt portfolios acquired by Intrum. We are creating, delivering, maintaining and automatizing various performance reports and dive deeper with (ad-hoc) statistical analysis to provide actionable insights. The questions we work on are diverse, ranging - for example - from delivering high-level financial views to analyzing very (country-)specific business aspects. All aimed at maximizing the value of our acquired portfolios, all completely data-driven. To be successful one needs to be a quick learner, have good attention to details and, of course, be handy with data. Why Intrum? Our business is about helping others. Your key responsibility will be- Deliver, maintain, and automatize standard routine reports- Respond to ad-hoc requests for data/information/analysis from different departments- Perform scenario analyses and present the results and insights in written and verbal forms- Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy- Identify opportunities for new reporting/analyses to support the decision makers- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes- Provide support and assistance to the other team members when needed to ensure knowledge transfer and business objectives are met We think you have- - Excellent Analytical skills; highly numerate, attention to detail and quick in learning.- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and keen to learn and develop- Able to work independently with clear instructions and processes- Good communicator with ability to communicate with different levels of Customers/Stakeholders- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken- Proficiency in Python and SQL (R will be considered as a plus). Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
