We are seeking someone who can identify and communicate business opportunities and anticipate issues before they arise…all whilst driving the business forward.This role has a lot of visibility, immediate impact, and works in close partnership with our Commercial team. Training and showcasing Healthcare professionals on Baxter productsPartner and develop long-term strategies with local Account Managers to develop, implement and review territory business plansEducate on Company’s Portfolio to maximize growth opportunities and position appropriate clinical choice for our customersNurture relationships to defend existing business base, via customer support, service and differentiating solutions clinically versus the competitionAssist with tenders, including pre-tender focused activity, tender submission and post-tender follow upEngage regularly with local and National team/peer group to continually drive a culture of collaboration, support and sharing best practiceCollaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, IT to ensure successful delivery of implementationThe ability to be flexible and bring an adaptable mindset to an ever-changing environment and support the needs of the team and the organizationUsage of CRM system to support planning, evaluation and implementation of existing and new business‘Upsell ’across the portfolio, growing sales by expanding purchases across the portfolioWe are presently seeking people who have/are:Registered nurse or equivalentExperience working in the operating theatreFamiliarity working in or around the Hospital Healthcare SectorA passion for travelling (this is a field-based position)Fluency in Spanish and Intermediate level of English (desired)Bonus- Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of relevant therapy areaTraining qualificationDigital expertiseA genuine desire to help peopleHave a clear and professional communication styleBonus - Commercial experienceWhy do you want to work at Baxter?
