Reponsibilities : As an Account Executive in the renewable sector may also conduct market research, developing marketing strategies and creating business development plans to increase market share and revenue, staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations to remain competitive.

This is a key role to manage the relationships with customers in order to ensure their satisfaction while generating revenue, identifying new business opportunities and closing deals.

  • Be responsible for the full-cycle sales: from building to maintaining a pipeline of prospective and current customer deals.
  • Analyze opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, sales and retention.
  • Deliver product demos, provide insightful technical answers, and recommend creative ways to get the most out of Wallbox Business Solutions.
  • Reporting and Analytics: analyze data and provide reports to clients on their account performance. They should be able to track progress and adjust strategies as needed to ensure success.
  • Collaboration: work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure that the client's needs are being met and that they are receiving the best service possible.
  • Be the voice of the customer to the product team.
  • Ensure customer information is up to date and accurate by using company's tools and systems.

Requirements :

  • 3/4 year experience within sales, both managing existing accounts and creating new business.

  • Proven track record of exceeding high-volume sales targets in a goal-driven environment.

  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

  • Excellent academic qualifications; Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.

  • Native in Croatian/Serbian is a must. :

  • Fluent in English is a must. :

  • Desirable be fluent in Rumanian or Greek. :

  • Eligibility to work in the EU

  • Salesforce knowledge would be a plus.
