Role Description: Hey there! We're on the hunt for a Norwegian Speaking Recruiter who's passionate about connecting people with their dream jobs. You'll be joining us and working from the comfort of your own home. Your day-to-day will include chatting with candidates, managing job postings, and handling interviews. You'll be our ambassador, the first point of contact for potential candidates who may be taking their first steps in their new careers. We're friends with industries like social media, gaming, healthcare, retail & e-retail, travel, automotive, financial, insurance, energy, and telecommunications. We're not just recruiters, we're career matchmakers, and we love what we do! Requirements: Fluency in Norwegian (duh!) You don't need previous experience, we believe in learning on the job. Willingness to undergo a 4-month fully paid training in Athens, Greece. Availability to start in February, March, or April 2024.
