Tasks Whether touch displays, video walls or server racks: you configure our IT-supported media systems, install them on site and support our customers with issues relating to the respective product. It's not just our customers who notice that you're a professional, but also your colleagues in planning and installation as well as the manufacturers you work with successfully. You always have the scope of our services and response times, i.e. the service level agreements (SLAs), on screen with every move you make, click you make and inquiry you receive from our customers. Because you like things to be tidy, you record your service steps in detail and precisely using an issue tracking system. Profile Completed IT training, e.g. as an IT systems integration specialist, IT systems electronics technician, information electronics technician or a comparable qualification Experience in the media and/or event industry, know-how in network, video and audio technology as well as in control system software (Crestron, Extron or similar) would be a plus Good German and English (at least B2 level) Interest in exciting business trips (national and international) On a personal level?
