Main Responsibilities :

  • Proactively engage with assigned accounts to initiate contact and generate, verify, and cultivate leads.
  • Build, foster, and enhance relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify customer needs through telephone conversations.
  • Document all pertinent information accurately in our CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Transmit recorded leads, appointments, and opportunities to relevant stakeholders.

Core Skills/experience :

  • Successful completion of commercial training or equivalent professional experience or education.
  • Demonstrated experience in initiating contact and sales within the realm of IT consulting and/or IT services (e.g., proactive telephone outreach).
  • Proficient in commonly used MS Office tools.
  • Self-reliant work approach coupled with exceptional customer focus.
  • Robust team mindset, effective communication abilities, and a passionate attitude.
  • Fluent in German with proficient written and spoken English skills.
