International Talent Acquisition Partner - for Tech and Corporate Business AreasEbury - Madrid Office - 4 days per week office based working - 1 day per week working from homeAs Ebury continues to grow, one of our biggest priorities is finding the right people to join our talented teams globally.We are looking for a talented international Recruiter / Resourcer / Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global team working in our Madrid office. Working closely with the wider TA team, you will support the resourcing of teams including tech across our offices globally. Your goal will be to minimise costs by directly sourcing candidates across a number of job functions, ensuring that candidates and hiring managers have a positive experience. A fluent level of English is essential for this position as you will work in a growing international environment. Experience of working internationally and recruiting tech and corporate business positions at all levels of seniority would be highly desirable.The Job Source and recruit candidates using LinkedIn and other social networksScreen candidates’ CVs and job applicationsAssess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience and behaviours. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methodsGuide candidates through the hiring process ensuring a positive candidate experience, irrespective of outcome. Maintain candidates’ interest and engagement with Ebury, managing their expectations and negotiating at the offer stage. Understand the needs and requirements of stakeholders in order to find the best candidate for each open roleDiary management and interview bookingsEnsure accurate information is captured in our recruitment system, Greenhouse. About You A proven track record as an international recruiter/talent acquisition partner or researcher/resourcerAgency or in-house experienceExperience of volume and tech recruitment is beneficialExperience of recruitment in Financial Services, Sales and / or IT/Tech is beneficial. Fluent English (both spoken and written)Fluency in another European language would be useful, ideally SpanishHighly organised and autonomousExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA flexible mindset and the ability to cope with our fast-paced cultureStrong work-ethic #LI-CD1#LI-ONSITE
