You will be a key contributor to our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) team. You will have the opportunity to work with all HR functions (Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Country HR, Talent, Staffing) and IT teams in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities:HR Workday Time Tracking and Absence LeadDesign, configure, and support Workday Time Tracking and Absence.Agilent has implemented Time Tracking and Absence in the Netherlands with plans to implement in other countries. Serve as the technical expert for Workday Time Tracking and Absence, including, hands on configuration, testing and support of related business processes and reporting.Time Tracking and Absence configurator for upcoming projects (ex: Germany, UK, Spain, France).Partner with HR Services payroll, payroll accounting, other HR functional teams, and ITProduction support responsibilities for Workday Time Tracking and Absence in the Netherlands and other countries as they are rolled-out.Workday HCM Analyst and ConfiguratorDesign, configure, and administer Workday HCM:Agilent has implemented the Workday modules Core, Compensation, Advanced Comp, Talent, Onboarding, Self-Service, and Recruiting in 30+ countries.Work with the relevant HR functional team owners to propose improvements, understand new requirements, perform analysis, design, configuration, testing and production implementation.Partner closely with functional owner(s) to lead and address change requests, enhancement requests, new features (ex: releases)Create user documentation and training.Develop deep understanding of complex global data and interdependencies, including those with reporting and downstream integrations.Rotational production support responsibilities with team membersWorkday release analysis and testingProject Management for small to medium projectsPartner with IT organizationRelease management testing, implementation, and process adherenceProcess ExpertiseCreate and update process documentation.Communicate processes and train HR and IT teams.QualificationsUniversity degree (Bachelor or Master), or equivalent experience. A degree in a HR or IT field is preferred.8+ years of relevant experience, including project management using industry standard project management tools and techniques in a global environment.Deep understanding of Workday Time Tracking and Absence module, experience with European countries a must. Experience working on time keeping and payroll projects. Experience implementing and/or supporting Workday HCMFunctional knowledge of all Workday HCM modules (ex: Core, Compensation, Talent,Recruiting/Onboarding, Self-Service, etc.) Solid understanding of HR business practices and how they relate to and are incorporated into HCM systems.Expertise in information technology and experience working with IT teams.Expertise in creating test plans and testing HCM and other HR systems.Demonstrated experience handling sensitive employee data (data privacy) and confidential materials.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) and other presentation tools (ex: WebEx).Strong analytical skillsWorkday reporting and analytics a plusProficient in EnglishIn addition to the more technical skills above, the following complete your candidate profile: Strong collaboration, interpersonal, team building, leadership, presentation, and communication skills.Strong focus on the customer-experience and designing solutions with the customer-experience (ex: ease-of-use) in mind.Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.Ability to work independently or with teams, highly motivated to achieve results (ex: projects delivered on-time, successfully, and within budget).Demonstrated attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance.Experience working with geographically dispersed organizations in a multi-cultural environment.Ability to multi-task and to take on new and unfamiliar assignments.Agilent Technologies Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
