Solution Manager

What we offer: - Taking over the preparation of offers for modernization/expansion projects - Project processing within the set time and budget framework, compliance with the offer process, synchronization of external and internal milestones - Elaboration and analysis of customer requirements (technical), concept creation in cooperation with the responsible department, guidance or support in the creation of drawings and/or personal creation of drawings. - Agreement, preparation and implementation of customer workshops - Preparation of technical and calculation documents - Specification, obtaining offers and support or calculation of all trades - Support for sales and sales managers on technical issues as well as support and coordination of the specialist departments involved, estimating, layout, electrical engineering, IT, purchasing, project management, legal, PM, simulation, engineering, installation, etc. - Coordination with IT, electrical engineering, project management regarding commissioning procedures, performance acceptance, coordination regarding acceptance and ramp-up support Tasks and Qualifications: - University degree (industrial engineer, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, business administration with a focus on logistics) or a comparable qualification - Ideally project experience with strong cost, time and quality awareness - Experience in logistics preferred - Good communication skills, applicable across functional levels and geographic boundaries - Ability to work in a team, change and problem-solving skills as well as analytical work - Constructive conflict management, high personal responsibility and assertiveness - Willingness to travel nationally and internationally - Good knowledge of spoken and written English (another language would be an advantage)
