Job description We are looking for a Booking Agent to join our incoming agency in Ibiza to reinforce our team. As Booking Agent, you will be responsible for the booking management, stop sales, allotment control and following up the booking in our destination. If you enjoy managing bookings and ensuring a high quality of service, we are waiting to meet you. Main responsibilities: Booking management in our destinationManagement of notifications and special requestsManage stop sales and allotment controlDaily follow-up of bookingsControl of the average price per booking and the percentage of occupation in the destinationBe in contact with TTOO and hoteliersManage incidents and complaints Requirements Experience of 2 years in similar positionHigh level of English, other languages will be a plusTourism studies or related fieldsGood knowledge of Excel and Outlook
