The YourCode Group is excited to work with a multi-award-winning IT service provider. Their services range from customized software development and implementing scaled, agile methods, such as SAFe, to consulting on agile processes and hosting seminars, and workshops.

Responsibilities :

• Technical support for the implementation of SAP ByDesign;
• Internal administration of rights and assets (Okta Permissions, group concepts) according to Identity Access Management;
• Customer communication for 2nd level infrastructure issues;
• Support of customer communication for (updates/upgrades) in the context of service levels;
• Control and further development of cloud-based monitoring tools;
• Analysis and qualification of technical issues and quality testing of changes to the software.

Requirements :

• Knowledge in the field of problem analysis and troubleshooting;
• Linux operating system knowledge;
• Database server basics;
• Google Workspace Administration/O365;
• Okta Administration;
• Slack Administration (nice to have);
• Cloud infrastructure basics;
• Scripting basics (Python, Bash, Powershell, Groovy, etc.);
• Atlassian Jira and Confluence Administration Skills;
• SAP ByDesign expertise is an asset but nice to have;
• Experience in service management (2nd level support) (2nd level support of internal systems (Atlassian environment Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket (Cloud), Google Workspace, Office 365, Slack, Okta, Linux) general 2nd level IT support for colleagues);
• Very good English and German language skills (B2-C1).
