At the virtual Summit event, attendees will experience a unique opportunity to connect with current MongoDB employees and leaders to discover the steps of a successful software engineering career path!What is the process?   Apply to the SummitComplete and pass our Recruiter Phone Screen interview Chat with a recruiter to discuss your interests and motivations Complete and pass our Karat Technical Video interview Live with a Karat engineer to evaluate your technical skills  Attend our virtual Summit on Thursday, May 23rdComplete our final round interview in September 3 back to back video interviews with MongoDB engineers to evaluate your technical and behavioral skills What we are looking for in you In the second year of receiving a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (Graduating at the end of the Fall 2025, Spring 2026, or early Summer 2026)Knowledge in any one of the following programming languages: Java, Python, Go, C++, Javascript, Node.js - or a comparable object-oriented programming languageThis role is subject to the candidate holding the requisite authority to work in the relevant country of hire.
