About the role

We are on the hunt for a forward-thinking Product Manager specialized in Shopper Growth, with a passion for leveraging data-driven insights to fuel conversion and optimize the shopping journey. In this role, you will lead the charge in identifying and implementing strategic initiatives that drive shopper engagement and conversion, acting as a bridge between our customers' needs and our product innovation. Your mission is to deeply understand the shopper experience, using a blend of intuition, analytics, and user feedback to guide the development of features and enhancements that not only solve for immediate growth challenges but also set the stage for long-term success


What you'll do

  • Lead our conversion funnel optimization efforts inside our product.

  • Mix intuition, experience and a data driven approach to create, test and validate hypotheses, and to identify, estimate, align on and prioritize opportunities for improvements at scale, from the ideation through to design, specification, development, statistical analysis and implementation.

  • Draft, adjust and implement a roadmap that delivers conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and revenue growth, through A/B testing, qualitative and quantitative user research, CRO techniques, & constant UX improvements.

  • Foster a data-driven culture and agile work environment, constantly testing new ideas and innovations and measuring their impact to maximize value for our members and partners.

  • Own the pipeline of A/B & MV testing, qualitative and quantitative user research, CRO techniques, & constant UX improvements.

  • Work closely with CRO, product, tech, growth and product marketing stakeholders to identify, estimate, align on and prioritize opportunities for optimizations.

  • Collaborate with our data engineers and other team members to advance and constantly improve our in-house experimenting systems and analytics platform

What you’ll need

  • A business-minded individual who is naturally curious, obsessed with conversion and optimization, preferably with a consulting background or similar work experience.

  • Experience in ecommerce or SaaS

  • Ability to balance intuition, a sense of urgency and identify the low hanging fruit with longer term projects that require discovery and constant iteration phases.

  • Proven track record in the CRO industry, and experienced with conversion rate funnel optimization on high-traffic enterprise e-commerce sites and/or SaaS products

  • Experienced in planning and implementing A/B/MV tests, with excellent statistical analysis in order to measure, understand, apply and explain in simple terms concepts like significance, sample size or standard deviations

  • The ability to quickly identify and understand key conversion rate optimization issues and work cross-functionally to speed up the hypothesis-to-solution implementation loop.

  • Passionate about UX, monetization, growth, and conversion optimization, with extensive knowledge about standard and advanced methodologies in these areas.

  • Experienced with web analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Mix Plannel, Pendo, Optimizely or other relevant A/B testing tools.
