Your Responsibilities:

• Offer assistance, answer questions and provide information to clients in Dutch
• Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results
• Collect customer’s data following the company’s policies and procedures
• Build relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

• Schedule for 39 hours (rotative): From Monday to Friday from 09 am to 06 pm

Your Profile:

• You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and you are fluent in English
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You are a team player and you love helping people
• You are available to work in rotating shifts
• You are customer orientated
• You have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in a similar position is a plus but not required
• If you already are based in Barcelona, you are available to start working on the first week of July 2021
