With over 60 years’ experience, a team of 3,500, and services covering 60 countries directly or through partners, Kantar Worldpanel turns purchase behaviour into competitive advantage in markets as diverse as FMCG, têxtile, baby products, telecommunications and entertainment, as well as many others. - ROLE'S MISSION - You will act as a Client Manager, lead one of our main client portfolios, and be part of our Worldpanel Barcelona Client Services team based in Sant Cugat del Vallès. - You’ll be reporting directly to a Client Director, and your main functions will consist of managing assigned clients to ensure their loyalty and consistent business growth, as well as the development of the team of Client Executives under your leadership. - As a Client Manager you will be a key point of contact for clients to handle data requests and project briefs, ensuring timely, accurate delivery of information and offering a good level of insight whilst also contributing to the growth of the client’s businesses within Kantar by identifying potential revenue opportunities. This will include working across a portfolio of clients, supporting and engaging with different internal teams. - This role will suit a dynamic and inspiring Client manager who wants to build client relationships, lead a team of Client Executives, create engaging data stories, as well as handle data requests and project briefs. - This is an exciting opportunity if you’re looking for a challenge that will give you international exposure and a broader vision of Kantar’s business. - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Implement defined business plans in collaboration with a Client Director; - Increase the business volume of your client portfolio through commercial actions; - Development, management, presentation and monitoring of commercial proposals for clients in charge; - Evaluation and continuous monitoring of the objectives set for sales and actions; - Management of the Client Executive team, guaranteeing their training and proper development. - Production & interpretation of analysis with a focus on answering key questions with strong and actionable recommendations. Discuss briefs with clients challenging where appropriate to make sure requests have been properly thought through and offering advice on how best to tackle issues; - REQUIREMENTS - Minimum of 3 years of previous working experience in client management; - Full English Professional Proficiency (B2 level minimum); - Proven record of building relationships with clients in a leading capacity; strong interpersonal skills, the ability to expand your contact base and build trusting partnership relationships; - A strong verbal and visual presentation skills with the ability to put together insightful and impactful presentations; the ability to articulate in a confident and composed manner; - Effectiveness in analysing, interpreting data and articulating the business implications; - Experience working with market trends/consumer behaviour/panel insights - although not mandatory is appreciated; - Strong project management and organizational skills. - Location Sant Cugat, Cami de Can CaldersSpain - Kantar Rewards Statement - At Kantar we have an integrated way of rewarding our people based around a simple, clear and consistent set of principles.
