What you do Evaluating claims, ensuring examiners are meeting key behavior standards that are in line with clients, the department and Allianz standards. Partner with leadership to improve examiner performance as identified in audit findings; highlight trends or behaviors in need of immediate attention. Deliver direct, engaging, encouraging and constructive feedback/coaching to examiners. Demonstrate expertise in new product launches, process changes, and changes to existing products/benefits. Actively participate in internal quality meetings; this includes providing key insights for both opportunities and improvements as well as making recommendations to improve examiner performance and/or the customer experience. Contribute via ideas and actions to support our regionalized team. improving processes, quality and/or relationships with partners. What you bring Excellent attention to detail Discretion with evaluation details (maintaining the privacy of the evaluated examiner) Great written communication skills (ability to clearly and concisely explain the situation at hand, showcasing any best practices that should be used/performed) Excellent time management skills Experience in Travel Claims is preferred, but not mandatory.
