What we offer: Career Development Competitive Compensation and Benefits Pay Transparency Global Opportunities Tasks and Qualifications: Your challenge: - Raise Dematic brand awareness and ensure professional brand appearance through development and implementation of marketing programs and campaigns in Spain. Including Digital Lead generation campaigns, physical and hybrid Events and Conferences, Advertising, Media Planning, PR and media cooperations, Own the process from conception to execution. - Maintaining and optimizing the lead generation and nurturing process to deliver quality leads to the sales team. - Set marketing plans and budgets and controlling mechanisms in division to deliver performance targets and provide effective development plans and support with the development of EMEA go to Market Strategy and Marketing Strategy. - Tracking and regular reporting on all relevant marketing KPIs - Coordinating and localizing the design of marketing and sales materials. - Managing external partners and agencies as well as responding to internal & external stakeholders. - Collaborate closely with PR, sales, and customer success experts to ensure an aligned approach to brand and campaign messaging - Contribute, as part of the wider EMEA team to the successful achievement of Companywide goals and targets. - Create and support a collaborative approach within the business, generating close interaction with the Sales, Engineering, CS, BD, R&D and Implementation teams. Compilation of briefing documentation (including technical documentation) to facilitate teamwork with internal colleagues, plus project assignment to external service providers (e.g. R&D, manufacturing, assembly teams, technical project managers, external trade fair stand erectors, etc.) Who are we looking for: - Bachelor's and Masters's Degree preferred. - Strong understanding of the marketing principles and new B2B technology in Intralogistis industry - Proven professional expertise in online & offline marketing for B2B - Insights into the logistics (ideally). - Experience organising events (including webinars) - Knowledge of, or a strong capability to acquire knowledge of, Dematic’s market, the drivers, challenges and trends facing customers, and how Dematic’s solutions, products, and services address customer requirements. - Experience in all areas of marketing activity with a strong understanding of internal and external marketing communications. - Controlling a budget for relevant areas. - Ability to work as part of a global matrix. - 5+ years of marketing and communications experience working within a global, matrix organization. - Proactive self-starter with discipline for setting goals and metrics, driving decisions, and getting closure on recommendations and issues. - Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels both internal and external and competence in making timely, effective, principles-based decisions. - Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required by the business. - Ability to plan and work to tight deadlines - Excellent attention to detail, organization and communication skills - Excellent English language skills in verbal and writing
