The primary role of the Senior Content Analyst is to combine technical skills in data analysis with strong communication skills, especially in interacting with non-technical users, including company executives. Must be able to synthesize complex information into strategic insights and compellingly present them. This job is a REMOTE position. The job will expose you to the content of adult nature. Learn more about us here (link to http://paperstreetmedia.com/ ) What You'll Be Doing: Use advanced SQL skills to generate complex queries in data mining oriented models based on our DataWare House. Create effective reports using Google Data Studio to visualize and communicate analytical results in a clear and understandable manner. Generate both synthesized and detailed presentations and reports to present at meetings, providing valuable information for decision-making. Coordinate meetings with Content teams to understand their analytical needs. As well as resolve questions and provide analytical support to Content team members. Communicate effectively with non-technical users, including company executives, synthesizing technical information into strategic insights. Collaborate with the Content team to define and measure engagement KPIs and evaluate content performance. Utilize JIRA to track and manage tasks related to data analytics. Must Haves: More than 5 years of experience in a similar position. Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be accepted in place of a degree. Demonstrable experience in generating complex SQL queries and analyzing data mining-oriented models such as DataWare House. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling. Expertise in reporting and data visualization in Google Data Studio. Familiarity with the use of JIRA or some similar tool. Ability to coordinate meetings and communicate effectively with the Content team; and communicate clearly with non-technical users, including company executives. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets. Experience in generating presentations and communicating analytical results in an objective manner. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. High level of English (required). Intermediate level of Spanish. Nice To Haves: Knowledge in Python-based analysis with the objective of tackling more complex analytical problems. Powered by JazzHR
