About the Role

Provide technical pre-sales, implementation and project management support for achieving sales objectives, working in collaboration with commercial managers. Propose known solutions to the client's technology requirements and support their implementation. To be the technical and product 'go-to person' within sales teams.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented API Commercialization manager to join our API acceleration and aggregators team, within Technology Enablers in Business Development. The team is based across different regions.

All this with attention to detail and high standard in terms of quality, and being an outside-in thinker.

Responsibilities :

  • Partner with key internal or external (clients and partners) stakeholders in assigned products and services within the Portfolio of Swift- Close collaboration with the Complementors team, with focus on key players to grow and enrich the ecosystem- Represent Swift and promote the company’s portfolio through participation in meetings, and workshops, business forums and conferences- Provide regular market, client and partner feedback to Product, Strategy, and commercial teams- Facilitating awareness, education and equipment to the BD teams, collaterals preparation and directly or indirectly engaging with clients and complementors about: capabilities, portfolio (including real use cases and stories), and explaining the value and how to embrace it. Ecosystem and Complementors are key- Defining Community and Ancillary API adoption objectives and follow-up with commercial and GTM teams

Qualifications:

  • Commercial skills are highly valued- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write compelling and concise PowerPoint presentations- Excellent stakeholder management with influencing skills- Collaborative team worker, well organised, able to work autonomously, and a growth mind-set mentality- Transactional Business understanding and experience with Swifts products and services
