With diverse services spanning growth strategy and new product innovation, to omni-channel customer experience, supply chain resiliency and AI-driven new business models, we help clients shape and achieve their growth agenda for a sustainable future.The role As IT Lead – Manhattan Warehouse Management, your key responsibilities will include the following:· Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing technical support, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction· Lead Manhattan WMS support project, ensuring a smooth planning & execution· Lead incident management team to support resolution and root cause analyses· Document and analyse business requirements, translating them into actionable Manhattan WMS configurations· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet SLAs and deliverables· Minimise disruption to operations during system changes· Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders· Implement robust change management processes to assess, approve, and deploy modifications to the Manhattan WMS· Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersRequirements· At least 5+ year experience of working with WMS Manhattan· 3+ years experience working in a IT Lead role· Spanish language proficiency is must· Experience working in offshore delivery model· Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments· Able to work in fast-moving, complex organisations · Proactive, motivated, and highly organised approach · Understanding of integrations BenefitsFor the right talent that want to be part of a diverse team, innovation-driven practice and a high-performance culture, we offer industry-leading compensation and benefits, along with top training and development opportunities so that you can grow your career and achieve your personal ambitions.
