Position Overview

To provide customers with exceptional sales advice and service within the Polo Corner. Achieving retail success and understanding of the customer’s wants and needs and recommending suitable solutions

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Contribute to the corner success by delivering an exceptional level customer service

Assist clients with selection of merchandise and develop strong commercial relationships with our clients

Maintain and develop client book, provide thorough after sales service to clients i.e. follow written/telephonic correspondence regarding specific wishes, new deliveries etc

Responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets

Maintain and control stock and ensure brand presentation standards

Assist with telephone enquiries, and follow through thoroughly; Demonstrate a clear understanding and implementation of product, lifestyle, wardrobing, good merchandising and styling technique;

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Works to a high standard of service; Likes the product and understands the RL philosophy; Enjoys working in a team, being co-operative and supportive to fellow members; Able to demonstrate strong communication skills; Well-groomed individual with a good understanding of trends, fashion and competition; Flexible and adaptable to El Corte Ingles processes and philosophy
