We launched in 2017, and we’re already revolutionizing the way consumers source their food across Europe. We believe that buying food directly from farmers is the most powerful everyday act available to anyone to create a positive social and environmental impact.

Our team is fast growing, and we are looking for a CRM Manager (Salesforce) to join our Team. This profile will focus on building trusting relationships with customers and protect the brand by maintaining a positive image. Also will lead together with the IT & Data teams, the implementation and configuration of our CRM and Marketing Automation Technology ( Salesforce Service and Salesforce Marketing Cloud )

Your daily functions :

  • Help to improve the Global CRM Strategy along the entire Customer Life Cycle, how to convert new customers and improve LTV.

  • Propose, design and implement new automatic and trigged-based journeys across the customer lifecycle taking into account geographies, segmentation, business needs and customer insights to achive DDBB's retention and activation objectives.

  • Segment our customer base using RFM Analysis. :

  • Propose new releases of active journeys and propose new tests **to confirm hypotheses based on business insights.

  • Manage the scheduling, testing, build and deployment of journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. :

  • Find technological solutions to carry out new projects. :

  • Constantly monitor and track the results of all automatic and trigged-based journeys communications and test performance in order to report results, identify opportunities and define new tests.

  • Reporting main trigged-based journeys KPIs , test and actions results in order to identify opportunities and capacity to define new tests. Present the insights extracted and share them with the rest of the team.

  • Keeping up to date with Salesforce news , releases, changes and roadmap.

Your Profile :

  • Min. 6 years of CRM experience with min. 3 years of professional experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. :

  • Previous experience in automatic and trigged-based journeys . including hands-on work with segmentation, personalization software, and database management (SQL).

  • Experience working with Marketing Cloud Builders and Studios including Mobile Studio and Ad Studio.

  • Ability to communicate with technical profiles to find solutions to business needs in an efficient and simple way.

  • Data Analysis - Google Analytics , Data Studio.

  • Proficiency in Excel .

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish

  • German would be a plus
