We are a leading BPO/outsourcing company seeking to onboard a dedicated Customer Support Advisor with German language skills in Barcelona. You will join a team committed to improving the quality of life for our global community by developing trusted household and healthcare products.

Position: Customer Support Advisor with German
Location: Hybrid / anywhere from Catalonia, Spain
Employment Type: Permanent contract with a 1-month probation period

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the smooth daily operation of our services by handling contacts via telephone and email
  • Care for customer satisfaction, going the extra mile with each contact
  • Support drivers and passengers with timely responses to their questions or concerns
  • Strive for first contact resolution to efficiently and satisfactorily resolve driver and passenger queries
  • Follow internal processes and systems to resolve customer issues, taking recommended next best actions
  • Demonstrate a full understanding of our client and brand values
Requirements:
  • fluent in German both verbal and written
  • Clear and effective communication skills in written and spoken English
  • Experience in the customer service industry, ideally in a contact center environment
  • Patience and empathy, especially when supporting a paratransit service
  • Autonomous and fast learner with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Solution-oriented to provide the best outcomes for customers
  • Passionate about delivering a great customer experience, with the ability to connect with customers, build rapport, and show empathy
  • Well-organized and able to prioritize workload, work under pressure, and remain calm in stressful situations

  • Full-time (39 hours per week) with a rotating schedule Monday - Sunday from 11 am to 8 pm, 5 days/week (two weekends off per month guaranteed)
