Your role iscrucial in maintaining and enhancing the reputation of Les Roches Marbella,providing guests with an unforgettable dining experience.Main responsibilities and tasksAssist in the preparation and cooking of menu items under the supervision of senior kitchen staff.Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the kitchen area.Learn and apply new cooking techniques and recipes.Manage inventory and ensure that ingredients are readily available.Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food.Adhere to food safety and handling protocols.Contribute to a positive and productive working environment, embracing and promoting our establishment's values.
