Key Responsibilities : Timely and accurate order entry and follow up, taking any action to deliver on time in full.

Keep customer export documents and requirements updated in our system.

Fluent communication with customers answering questions, providing solutions to achieve a satisfactory customer experience.

Provide regular reports and information to stakeholders.

Approve customer export documents, guaranteeing accurateness and completeness, following up to guarantee smooth clearing at customs.

Familiar with export documentation and requirements, with capability to challenge requirements, deliver petitions.

Close coordination with Transport department, shipment creation and follow up.

We value : Experience in Customer Care managing international -Middle East and Turkey

Knowledge of Export documents, L/C, B/Ls, AWB, COO

SAP experienced

Familiar with chemical product requirements for export

English mandatory. French, Arabic, Turkish and any other foreign language is a plus

Strong communication skills

Team spirit, collaborative, willing to take different challenges, flexibility

Dynamic, agile, well

Detail oriented, able to work under pressure and to coordinate different complex tasks at the same time.

Higher education in International Trade very valuable.
