Funciones CRM Executive de la oferta - Work with the CRM team to implement customer lifecycle and behaviour - Led marketing campaigns. - Database segmentation and management to target customer segments with specific campaigns. - Build strong working relationships with the EU marketing teams to support the overall marketing program. - Work closely with content and other marketing teams to manage content - Own the weekly reporting on key KPIs (open rates, click - Throughs, conversion rates, unsubscribes etc). Analyse and provide recommendations and action plans with a Confidentialategy based on findings & data. - Implement best practices and identify Confidential of continued improvements. - Work with the compliance team to make sure that we are processing all GDPR data requests and are complying with the regulations. - Working experience with e - Mail marketing tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Hubspot, Selligent, Sendgrid, Sendinblue - Strong analytical skills, ability to produce reports and derive valuable insights and analysis: Excel, Power BI - Excellent team player and strong interpersonal skills - Ability to excel in an international and fast - Aced environment, while keeping motivation and initiative - Strong communication skills - Oth written and verbal and ability to build solid relationships at all levels - Great organization and management skills. Working experience with Jira, Trello or project management tools would be an advantage. - Problem solving capabilities and a positive 'can do' attitude.
