One of our clients, an important Fintech company, is looking for a Head of Marketing who will be responsible for marketing planning and execution in the Spanish market where you will have to manage high budgets and lead the marketing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute the go to market strategy in the Spanish market together with the Sales Director and Product Marketing Manager.
  • Manage a large marketing budget ensuring return on investment.
  • Design and implement different online and offline activities to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Lead the content marketing team to create content that supports lead acquisition and product adoption.
  • Manage and grow the partnership network in order to expand the company's positioning among stakeholders.
  • Improve the quality of the website.
  • Create, localize and optimize performance marketing campaigns together with the performance marketing team.
  • Regular reporting on marketing performance.
  • Vendor management.

Requirements:

  • +4 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Experience building a successful B2B marketing strategy in the Spanish market.
  • Experience leading teams.
  • Well organized and structured.
  • Native Spanish and fluent English.
