We are seeking a Student Enquiry Executive to join our friendly and dynamic Lead Qualification Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an international company.

This role will play an important role in engaging with and nurturing new and qualified student leads for some specific programmes generated via our digital marketing channels, as well as driving a more commercial mindset within the team.

Your Role

  • Direct sales responsibilities for Ecole Ducasse Essentials short programmes.
  • Playing a leading role in the drive to become a more sales-focused team, whilst

delivering a premium quality and commercial service.

In a time of change and evolution for both Sommet Education and the Lead Qualification team, this is a great opportunity for an international education professional to play a fundamental part in developing a new commercial and inside-sales focus for the team. From this position, natural next steps could be to move into a more commercial sales role within our field sales teams or to take on a more supervisory role within the team.

Additional SE Executive Responsibilities

  • Support with onboarding and training new team members
  • Be a champion for commercial best practice throughout the Lead Qualification team

The executive role will play an important part in our global recruitment network and will need to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with our field sales team. About You This role is a suitable for an international education professional with at least 2 years of experience in sales or a commercial role within the premium or luxury sector, especially hospitality or culinary arts, or related to the international education sector. We will consider applicants who have experience in different sectors, with a strong track record of relatable experience successfully engaging with premium customers with a consultative sales approach.

You will:

  • Be an excellent communicator, i.e. with great listening skills, an ability to clearly articulate ideas, with a talent for advising and influencing.
  • Have a strong sales and commercial mindset.
  • Be able to show emotional intelligence as well as strong interpersonal skills and agility.
  • Be KPI Focused and Digitally literate
  • Have understanding of premium brands and a high-end customer service attitude is vital, with the ability to inspire passion and enthusiasm in prospective students.
  • Have the ability to work in a matrix structure with multiple stakeholders.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Fluent in English, an additional language is extremely useful (for example French, Italian, Spanish or Russian).
