Dutch Customer service

We are currently seeking Inbound Call Center Agents who are fluent in Dutch with English proficiency for a client located in the heart of Valencia. While prior customer contact experience is not mandatory, it is advantageous. Candidates should either reside in Valencia or be prepared to relocate in the near future. The role primarily involves addressing administrative and technical inquiries from customers of a Belgian telecom company, offering essential administrative information. Part-time available. Tasks Call Centre experience is an added value, but not required; Basic computer skills are necessary; Able to follow procedures around sensitive data; Flexibility and punctuality regarding working hours (shifts including evening and weekend services).
