The Team Leader develops positive relationships with customers and Account Managers to drive account revenue retention and growth. By collaborating with internal partners, the Inside Sales Team Leader delivers outstanding service and a valuable solution. The position will lead a defined book of business aligned by customer segment within a geography and will be accountable for the commercial close of all deals. You will also open up larger solution opportunities and introduce Solution and Proposition Sales. Additionally, you will be a resource for the Account Managers under your remit for coaching, advice and guidance.You are supporting the Americas region so ability to work U.S hours is required.We are leading the most famous financial markets platforms where customers take decisionsRole Responsibilities: - Demonstrate deep understanding of the customer decision maker’s strategies, priorities and needs - Maintain proven understanding of business propositions to initiate conversations and raise interest - Build and embed a long-term trusted advisor relationship within their accounts - Drive growth by expanding company footprint within their accounts - Focus on maintaining overall customer engagement and growing and retaining managed net revenue - Lead all aspects of all commercial activities within accounts, owning the end to end customer relationship - Drive efficiency in account administration (especially for lower value and growth potential accounts) - Govern internal and external partners and maintain networks to influence and close deals - Accountable and responsible for simple order taking - Monitor, empower and mentor Account Managers - Lead by example and share standard processes - Give feedback to management on performance, incentives and innovationQualifications and Experience Required: - Strong understanding of customers and their business model and workflows - Proven experience within the customer segment - Strong product knowledge - Relationship building skills - Selling skills (identity, develop and articulate a complex proposition/consultative selling) - Strong negotiation skills - Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop and implement a sales plan, ability to use a variety of technology with a high level of proficiency - Problem-solving ability to understand, eloquent, structure and solve client needs - Presentation and interpersonal skills: ability to deliver presentations and communicate at all levels within an organization - Ability to collaborate and lead an account team - University/college degree may be required, equivalent experience may be considered depending on position/department - Advanced degree may be preferred - Significant work experience in applicable industry and knowledge of customer workflow required - Shown competencies in account management, sales or marketing experience in a customer facing environment requiredWe work with hybrid model as in 3 days at the office and 2 at home.LSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
