We have an opportunity for a Graduate Field Service Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Network Systems Engineer to join our growing and dynamic team working on the maintenance of the Distributed Control Systems. Due to the nature of the role the engineer must be based close to the Alcoa Alumina Refinery at San Ciprian, Lugo, Spain .

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems.
• Typically work under direct supervision and, when ready, may work without supervision
• To follow detailed work instruction and escalate any discrepancies in customer requirements, blueprints, or work instructions.
• Install or Repair per Work Order
• Escalate Issues
• Inspect for Quality
• Provide Customer Support
• Provide technical presentations to an audience of the customer.
• Support revision and correction of work instructions and customer-facing training guides used by field installation specialists.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the processes related to field services and product development.
• Support cross-functional groups to quickly fix any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment.
• Act as an escalation point for Field Service Specialists, Service Engineers, and other stakeholders.

YOU MUST HAVE

• High School Diploma, or equivalent in Engineering specializing in Electronics, Chemical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Information Technology.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to develop and manage strong customer relationships.
• Reading and written English: Sufficient level to work in collaboration with Global Groups.
• A valid driving licenses.
