Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Logistics specialist. The role will part of a growing and talented Logistics Team and will report directly into our Logistics supervisor. Our strong and visionary Management Team is now supporting the business’ next phase of growth with a robust business plan for value creation.As a Logistics Specialist, you will be expected to:Manage the logistics process at our warehouses to ensure daily operationsSolve any possible incidents to minimize the impact on business. You will carry out a follow-up of the same and manage autonomously and proactively.Oversee 3PL´s invoicing on a monthly basis, ensuring it fits the agreed conditions as well as to analyse any budget deviation.Monitor key performance indicators, cost-to-serve performance data, and participate in cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.Be the liaison between logistics area, 3PLs and internal stakeholders.Be recognized as an expert in its own area within the organization solving complex problems, working independently, interpreting internal or external issues.LocationPermanent hire will based in Guadalajara area (Cabanillas del Campo)Reports and organization structureDirect reporting line into the Logistics supervisorCandidate profileExperiences and QualificationsWe see this role as critical for the achievement of Verisure’s growth and organizational transformation goals. The ideal candidate will be a strategic solution provider as well as operational enabler.Office package knowledgeDegree/ educational background in Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar is preferred. Experience in international transportation and customs clearance processessBetween 2 and 4 years of experience in a similar role in a multi-national company, 3PL, forwarding agent or transport companySignificant experience in multi-national and multi-cultural environmentFluent English and Spanish speaker with international experience.
