This is why we are looking for a IT Cybersecurity Engineer, as part of the Global department, to join us, working in the Corporate Engineering department for all business lines (Environmental Services, Port Services and Life sciences), giving support to different projects. If you are looking for a company where you can grow professionally, learn about different technologies and businesses, and work in an international environment allowing you to work in other countries, this is your opportunity.The role Implement and monitor security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks and information. Identify and define system security requirements. Design computer security architecture and develop detailed cybersecurity designs. Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols. Configure and troubleshoot security infrastructure devices. Develop technical solutions and new security tools to help mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks. Identify and eliminate security vulnerabilities with strategic solutions. Direct and support the implementation of new software and hardware. Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts. Communicate with the infrastructure, operations areas and other departments as collaboration requires. Ideal Talent Traits Proven work experience as a system security engineer or information security engineer. Detailed technical knowledge on security. Hands on experience in security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, authentication systems, log management, content filtering, etc. Experience with network security and networking technologies and with system, security, and network monitoring tools. Familiarity with web related technologies (Web applications, Web Services, Service Oriented Architectures) and of network/web related protocols. Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Degree in Computer Science or related field.
